An Only Child
Tuesday, October 20, 2009
Initially, I wanted to post photos of all my trips, during my semester break, since I bum around a lot that a month and a half, hence, been and done a few stuff around.

But I have an issue.

That I am an ONLY CHILD in the family.

It's not a big issue but...some people do make it huge.

Try and remember your conversations.

Have you ever said some stuff like...

"Aiya, she's like that (for some lousy attitude and personality) because she's the only daughter in the family mar"

Or...
"You can't blame her la, she got so many brothers, and she's the youngest mar"

Or anything similar like det?

I bet you have, cause I've heard it lotsa times.

For those who don't know me, I have something to tell you.

Wait, whether you know me a not, I still have something to say.

I fucking am the ONLY CHILD in the family.

I am the eldest. I am also the youngest. I am the male. And also the female. Serious.

And I have the heaviest responsibility in the house. Coz, there's no one to share it with me. (If you get what I mean).

And, I naturally have a very lousy attitude because I am an only child.

I am super selfish. (My parents told me that ALL THE TIME).

Examples?

I don't SHARE anything. When I was kids, toys, rooms, comic books, or even stationery.

Yep, you read it right, I don't even want to share my room.

Those who has seen my room, you know how fucking big and cool is it right? Nop, I don't share.

Coz it has been MY room since I was 3 years old.

If you ENTER my room without permission, I would have scream at the top of my lungs.

Except for my parents lar, they are the closest person to me, but even that, I am selfish to them too.

Another bad attitude I have?

I am 24 years old, yet, if someone touch my things, especially those in my room without my permission, I would chop that fella's head off.

There was a time where my cousins live with me for their holiday.

He (I think he was 3?), broke my car model accidentally. I don't care if he's 3 or he understands what I say, I scolded him worse than his mom scolded him.

From then on, my cousins always....ALWAYS ask me when they enter my room or touch my stuff.

I am that horrible.

But I've learned to be slightly more patient now that I've grown up, but it'll still not change.

So, when you have a fucking friend, especially a girl who got pissed off over small stuff and you said statements like "She's the only girl in the family mar."

I would scream!!!

"So fucking what? I'm the only child in the family and my dad loves me like hell, yet, I turned out better than them!!!!"

So, don't give me those charcoal lookalike face when you go out with me and get angry over small stuff and make those siu che attitude for me to see, it's quite annoying.

Wait, super annoying is more like it lar!

The conclusion is that:

I hate GIRLS who has a worse attitude than me.

Yep, I should have the worst attitude in the world.

Unless you are an only child and female, like me!

The title belongs to me, because I am damn right selfish!!

The LG GD900
Tuesday, September 22, 2009
I've found a new love!

An awesome phone!!

Presenting the...

LG GD900!

Yea, I've never use LG..I use to like this phone.. before the GD900.

Which is,

the LG Ice-Cream, KF350. Because it's cute and slim and colourful.

And I have always like flip phones, but with my temper, I'm afraid I'll crush the phone with my hands. Hence, I've never bought it.

LG Ice-Cream (KF 350)

That's the reason why I have only see it from away and up until now, never bought it.

But, it is slightly too cute for me though.

Doesn't really fit me right? Crap!! I knew it!

Hence, my new love, which fits me and my sytle.

LG GD900!

See the OBVIOUS feature of it?

TRANSPARENT KEYPADS!!

WOW?

COOL!!

Here, it's more obvious in the keypad here.

Honestly, I don't really know about the rest of the feature except it has internet, and some cool keypad browsing stuff and 8MP camera.

OBVIOUSLY, it's much better than iPhone.

COMFIRM better than iPhone.

Yes, I really do hate iPhone.

But, it still doesn't wins the BlackBerry. =D

But, it has become my new, new love.

I'm not really a phone person, but this really caught my eye. No wait, scratch that, my heart!

Swoons~

See the advertisement of it below and you'll understand.

What did I do during Intern?
Monday, September 14, 2009
It's been so long since I've post right? I know many of you all has bugged me to update la...

Update already lor!!

Haha!!

But it's only about my intern la, so...BEAR WITH IT!!

I'm damn free now la, so my blog will be constantly updated. =D

Anyway, topic of today is:

Intern's over!!

And...final report has also been sent!!

=D

Total freedom for more than a month.

Although I'll miss working, there are also some stuff I will not miss, such as waking up early, and the rushing for stuff and remembering stuff.

I really do suck at remembering stuff.

Anyway, some photos and re-cap of intern.

Although I heard some not-so-good stories about other intern, I'm sure I'm one of the lucky ones for having nice bosses, nice colleagues and nice food.

Yep, my bosses really bring us out for lunch at least 3 times a week....FREE!!

For a poor student like me, free lunches really save a lot wan lor!

Anyway, lotsa photos ahead! =D

Not according to any time frame because I've forgotten which comes first.

Part of our activities, which is going to the operation site and see what the staffs are doing.

Currently, the staff is spraying a new coat of paint for the taxi driver, because the ad on the full wrap taxi has been taken off.

The taxi up-close.

Hard at work.

The driver. Check out his sneakers! So up-to-date! Click to view larger.

Boss and the operation manager.

I think my boss (on the right), if he knows I post his pictures up, he'll murder me. But I don't care!! WUahahah!!

With Eines in it.

See how my big boss spend his time? Fooling around with his interns.

Now, totally posing some more.

Our damn cool Operation Manager, Mr. Salim!

Posing for us, while spraying taxi.

Eines, posing again.

An overall view of the site.

Salim and Chong.

My big boss is not for sale. I have no idea why he did that? And have no idea why he permit me to take a photo of it.

The second location we're always at is at the Kampung Baru gas station.

It's one of the biggest gas station in KL, hence a place to see hundreds of taxi in the same time.

While watching the taxis, he had to pose too.

Then, my big boss has to show some crazy symbols also .

Next place, is the yum cha place there. We always sit around there to drink tea, and talk about some important stuff.

Although, only 60% is important, another 40% is usually blowing water wan la.

Eines.

Ken, one of my colleague.

Erm, with extra 2 fingers.

This girl pulak, confirm is alien, show some alien symbol.

Another common daily activity for us is to eat!

Steamboat during lunch at Jln Pudu. Apprently it's Taiwan style.

The soap base. Yep, it came with that many stuff in it.

Oh yea, this lunch lasted 2 and a half hours. So exaggerated wei!!

The black coloured tea.

Yum yum, now with lotsa noodles in it.

This steamboat very funny wan. They don't allow us to cook ourself wan.

Yep, the waitress will cook and tell us when to eat it.

The very yummy noodles.

My boss made a testing to this. He doesn't believe that the waitress so keng, can estimate the cooking time so perfectly.

Hence, after it was boiled for quite some time, he thought it should be alright, but when he took a bite, it was not tasty.

Then the waitress laughed!!

1 minute later, the waitress said it's alright already, my boss was like "HUH!! only 1 minute ago she say cannot, now can...hmph!"

He tried and said, "Wah lau, their estimation is precise lor, now nice already."

Keng leh! I was impress too.

Eines.

Another funny time is when we had to eat in the car.

It's not always so glamorous. But we had this at 4pm la, almost after work already. So it's quite fun.

It was raining heavily but our boss craves fried chicken, yes, at Jln Pudu again.

It's damn deliciously la!!

But the downfall is that, we had to buy it during the raining time.

It's a hawker stall at the road side, hence, to buy it, you need a huge umbrella and proper shoes, and still get wet.

The fried kai kan! SUPER delicious one.

I don't eat internals wan, but this is irresistible.

I look like a retard, but yum yum!!

See the yellow plastic on the left. That one is garbage bag. =D For chicken bones.

See my big boss. The one who craves for it. Yum!!

Another boss. Grabs the whole bag!

And stuck a big piece into it! =O

Eines too had a big portion!

Other than free lunches. We went for lunch with Stef too!

But, I realized all my photos are her only. Haha!

Au Sushi King.

Again.

And Again!

AGAIN!!

With my company's free gift.

Some more is upside down wan.

Stef! SO many photos la...How come??

We also got do work wan ok...

Such as meeting lotsa new people from Media on Demand during an event in MidValley.

The 2 interns from MOD, us and Swee Ling.

We shared a booth during the event.

It's not all play too during work. Some of the weird stuff we did.

Sitting outside of the office with a story book.

Sounds like those primary students who did not finish their homework and is punished to sit outside?

I feel like it actually.

Nola, the truth is, we've arrived too early and we can't go into office because our admin or bosses hasn't arrive yet.

Hence, the waiting.

Boredom.

=D

Eines, while waiting, she sings in the hallway. Damn freaky with all the echo!

If you're thinking we're in the media owner side and do not have a chance to watch how a production works, WRONG!

We did!

We went to a studio and watch them, although we were not much of help, but it was entertaining.

Peter Robinson Studios.

View of the product storage area and the pantry and etc.

Eines again, she takes my camera and do lotsa stuff with it!

Then, has to take me in it some more.

View of the recording studio.

Got lotsa type of people around wan lor.

Although a lot of uncles, but these are uncles with style I tell you! =D

See the box with a TV in it? That's where the recording of the camera will go to.

That lady with specs, is the director. She'll see everything in the TV and if she's not okay, they'll have to repeat it again.

Discussion on how to make the production better.

Preparation in progress.

The huge camera. See the guy on the left with black tee? That's the camera-man. LOOK AT HIM! He looks cool lor!!

Slurrp!

A clearer one. He's in the mist of barking orders around, so it don't looks so nice, but...it's still cool.

Him again. Yep, I took lotsa photos of him...and the ahem...camera.

While waiting to shoot.

The actor of the day.

Do you recognize him?

You will soon once he is on TV.

Anyway, the production is for Koko Krunch! Hence, with kids.

The actor is so cute lor. He's a mix of Indian and Malay.

His partner in crime, cute girl but lousy attitude. She's a total brat lor.

But I've seen her in quite a number of other ads, hence the proud attitude.

See those Koko Krunch boxes. It's empty actually! And we put some "stuff" to it, to make looks realistic.

I really did have fun in this production. But hor, there's so many machines and wires around that I don't really understand at all. I wonder if I'll get the chance to know everything! Kinda impossible.

Other than that. We also know how HARD it is to put stickers on a car.

Remember the huge car I said my boss drives?

This is how it looks like when it's cleaned.

With no stickers.

Back view.

It actually looks nice now.

I drove it once, for like 10 seconds?

But I already like it.

I was thinking if maybe I should change my views and think that, trucks aren't so bad after all.

Anyway, let me show you photos of how car stickers are being installed.

Measuring stickers on the car.

Same here.

Start to stick the stickers on.

Sticking.

And sticking.

Cutting places that needs to. In this case, it's the door handle.

Sticking the tyre part.

The gun is a hot gun, works like a hair dryer, but much much hotter!

Same here.

The top part of the car.

Posing!

Sticking! See how happy he is?

One of the staff. Looks like they really like their job. HaHa! Nolar, he's just being nice and pose for me. =D

A view of the side door.

Another side.

The back of the car.

One of the hard part to settle, inside of the back handle.

But it'll be fine with the hot gun.

Some of the things we did during intern is:

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS.

Okla, not me, not colleagues, but my boss!!

Him and his cake.

Cut cake!! =D

Big boss and him, when this photo is taken, their both talking on the phone.

every since I've worked here, I know the meaning of "phone never stops ringing". It is seriously continuous. Their phone never stops ringing wan lor.

Still on the phone, while we're all IMPATIENTLY waiting for the cake. '

See, waiting!!

My admin and on the right, birthday boy's wife.

And some more waiting. =.="

Some weird acts by my big boss.

His surname is Mr. Mah and seriously, he looks like one. You'll understand if you know cantonese.

Us!!

The ahem...important people of the office.

Admin, boss and big boss.

So, in conjuction with his birthday, he took me and Eines to lunch on that day.

It was awesome because that lunch is freaking delicious.

Now I'm looking for another chance to go back there.

It's called Dain Ti Hill (代官山) at Pavillion. Check it out on the top floor.

This photo is stolen from somewhere in google. =D

See what we ate.

It's all delicious, highly recommended. Although, slightly pricey!

A type of ice tea with lime and leaves in it. I don't remember the names though.

Eines's dragonfruit juice. Apparently it's delicious too.

One of the most delicious stuff there.

Some kind of sushi with prawn and with delicious "yellow stuff which I don't know what" on it.

See my photo, I took it myself, and I compared it to the menu and the website, it's EXACTLY THE SAME. How many restaurants do you find that right?

Plus, it's even bigger and nicer than those pictures they've shown online! =D

This is super delicious also. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It's beef anyway, so if you don't take beef, WASTED!!

Bacon and golden mushroom.

I tell you, the real thing, is HUMONGOUS. I was overwhelmed when it came. =O

Top view.

I've forgotten what's this cause I didn't like it. It has those black beans in it which I dislike, but despite that, it tastes nice.

This has vegetables on it, eggs and then lotsa vege on it, apparently some kind of salad.

Not very nice, it just looks nice.

Not only that,

we also had another celebration.

Because our lady boss and the boss mention aboved's birthday is in the same week, everyone in the office, took half day off (bosses included) and went to.....

Neway for karaoke!!

Amusing huh? I did too.

But not everyone is there la.

And, some of you may have remembered the "lady boss" I've mentioned in the below post.

Yep, it's her birthday and she has to bring her whole family also, including her MAID and daughters. =.=||

Eines. See the MAID in the backgound. I don't even know why she's there.

Left to right: Bey, me, Boss, Big boss, his daughter (yes, she's there) and Mr. Wong

Eines, Bey and Me.

Birthday boy, which is my boss and the birthday WOMAN which is my LADY BOSS attempting to cut the cake.

Talking about the cake. This is like one of the most delicious cake I've ever eaten!!

It's DELICIOUS!! Yes, even better than Secret Recipe.

But the bakery is quite secluded and homemade style. Some small shop.

She's splitting them to parts.

Again.

The unbelievable delicious cake. Yum!! I miss the cake.

The tasty cake, turned into.....pieces.....=.=" But it's tasty!

And I was wondering, since it's my birthday, I don't care even if no one gets me cake from there, I'm going to buy it just to eat it.

I honestly do not really like cakes but this is.....irresistible!!

Other than those, we also went to random Old Town White Coffee...breakfast/brunch.

Yep.

We're that mou liu actually.

What happen was, our bosses were upstairs at BFM 89.9 office's having some meeting, a long one, so they had no where to discard us, the spares.

Hence, Old Town.

Old Town's menu. The campaign looks good right?

It's confirm boosting everywhere nowadays.

but I do think it's campaign is running not bad. But! It's competitors are going up as well. Haha! And I do prefer the competitor lor.

Then I realize hor, Old Town's breakfast is seriously cheap!!

It's even slightly cheaper than the ones in the coffee shop in your usual neighbourhood.

See how, a usual noodle with egg and sausage and a cup of coffee in a chilled and confy area for only rm5.50. (Set 4)

If you go to your usual, kopitiam, It's going to cost more than that.

Noodle: RM 5 (applies in KL lor, not in Ipoh okay)
Coffee (Hot one): RM 1.20
TOTAL: RM 6.20

I haven't count the heat and the no-wind-fans in the coffee shop yet. It's always sweaty when you're in them right? So you MUST ordered a cup of ice-coffee instead of the hot one.

Which makes it 50 cents more expensive and it totals to.....rm 6.70.

Costly!

See, lunch set menu.

Noodles and Pepsi for only...rm 6.90. Worth it.

Although, the taste may be not up to standard like the usual ones that the uncles made, filled with flavor!

The Pan Mee set, which is even cheaper and got soup some more!

Their marketing tactics are getting more and more horrifying, going cheaper and cheaper.

The young generations are sooner or later going to choose these places compared to the neighbourhood kopitiam. But I still like my neighbourhood kopitiam!!

My cup of coffee. See the way they put the spoon? That's how Ipoh's kopitiam puts them.

Don't believe me?

Go to Ipoh, simply one coffee shop and you'll see. At least most of it puts it that way lar.

I've just realized it now.

Me and my cup of coffee.

Eines and hers. Promoter!

Haha! But, it's ice drinks are sure too small la. Everytime I had them, I always had not enough wan lor. And then, force me to have a second cup. But with it's price, I always failed to order another one, not worth it mar!

Some other stuff we do in office:

Trying to be cleaner for a few minutes.

But, not successful cause after a few minutes, she says it's tired.

What with the heels and skirt, SURE LAH!

This is my real cleaner lady, not Eines. =D

Other than that, photo sessions!

Us!

Look like something right?

Traffic light!!

Best thing is that, halfway to our intern, we had a new PC, from Dell! =D

The new PC.

The casing.

And Eines beside the PC.

Eines: Haih, new PC, more work la surely. Don't care, sleep first.

This is what she do in office everyday if she's not online. =D

And I'll be the one onlining whole day surfing crap in office! Intern is fun don't you think? =.=

Some other things we do in office...

Me trying to hang the bunting up.

Still trying to hang them.

Then, we ended up taking photos with it.

Eines turn.

Oh ya, not forgetting, introducing.....

My newest colleague.

His name is Wee Hian! And is a good friend! =D

Honestly, I Did have a lot of fun during intern, those photo are just a small part lor, we did and...ATE a lot more but photos can't show all.

Although I do hate some people, I do like most people! So it's fine with me.

Anyway, end of the super long post.

Some people are so annoying.
Monday, August 03, 2009
Some people ar...is bloody smart, until they do not have any sense on what they are saying wan.

This woman is in her late thirties, wife and mother of 2 children and bloody pain in MY ass.

Plus, she works in my office.

Luckily, she don't come often but she's there a lot because she's my boss's wife.

Yes, I hate her to the guts.

First of all, I go there to work.

And her kids come to the office once in a while and it's not a big office so her kids, is some super annoying brat wei.

Dahla I already hate kids, then I had to be annoyed with them.

It was small case actually but today's damage is too much.

Let's start with last week.

I'm working, sitting in front of the computer, typing away, WHILE face-booking. DUH!

Who doesn't right? Even my boss ask me to manage his facebook account so naturally, I use my own facebook right?

I'm a huge fan of Happy Farm, Mafia Wars, Restaurant City, etc.

Her daughters came and saw me playing them.

I know they look cute and cartoonish so it's quite tempting. But I'm the employee so of course I use the computer no?

Her daughters....bug me from 10am to 3pm to play the comp!!

What the fuck?

Plus, what makes it worse is that, the parents do not fuck care if they are bothering me.

The mom did say softly once of twice... "Che che doing work, don't disturb her la"

That's it!!

Her kids just continue making noise and annoying me, which is getting annoyed by the minute.

C'mon la...you are the parent...and it's a workplace, place them at home la.

It's not even appropriate!!

Until around 2 plus, her daughter asked me a drastic question which I'm quite offended.

Kid: "Che che, my turn to use already a not???"

HOI!!

BLOODY HELL...SINCE WHEN IS IT GOING TO BE YOUR TURN? I NEVER SAID TO GIVE YOU USE ALSO LAR!

Pissed off, I chuck the mouse and just say, "Use lar, use lar"

Happy right?

But hor, the comp is vista and that damn vista, very complicated wan.

A lot of software needed to un-block before you can use or to enter a website.

She couldn't un-block...like duh?!

Because I organize that comp from scratch!!

From Day 1 the PC arrive to the office, I settle it's problems. What do you think?

The kid came over and keep asking me why is it like that and asking me to help.

FUCK I CARE LA!!

I just ignored her and what the hell will I care la!

She got fed-up, ask herm om instead and her mom is busy with her work, hence, she also ignore her!

Luckily, they left an hour later!

But Day 2 came. The very next day after that, the bloody kids come again!!

This time, I'm fully prepared.

They came, annoyed me, I keep telling them off.

"Cannot la...I got work to do"

And stuff like that.

Lunch came, I went out to lunch, came back, see 2 kids sitting in front of my comp with a Barbie website.

I almost kick them out of my chair wei!!

I was like. "Eh..che che need to use already la"

And I said it every 5 seconds to annoy her.

End of story.

Today, WAS THE WORSE EVER!!

I have 2 boss. All of them married, WITH CHILDREN.

Some are young, some are not so young.

What happen was, one of the boss is on-leave today and apparently, only I and the big boss knows it. I knew it because I have to go and meet a client today with the big boss so he told me, so that I'm prepared.

Me and the big boss went out for a few hours and I came back and heard some ugly words.

That stupid woman has a bloody mouth that doesn't go through the brain wan.

Do you know what she says ar?

Although I don't remember the exact words but...

She says something like...

"Haiyoh, he got wife an kids wan ar, dun play play ar"

"Aiyoh, everyone in office don't know he on-leave, only you know wor.."

"Aiyah, people got kids already wan, don't be a trouble-maker lor"

WHAT THE FUCK RIGHT?!

I don't have reputation to jaga?!

I got BOYFRIEND ALREADY WAN OKAY!?

Shit you. Words like that can't be simple announce right.

My boss got wife and kids wan. If he's single also I'm still alright.

She's saying as if I'm going to be a wu lei ching okay!! (Btw, it means a person who is someone's mistress or rampas other ppl's husband)

I'll never get involved in things like these!!

I'M DAMN PISSED OFF OKAY!!

Luckily I got Eines on my side and she listen when I'm pissed off.

So next, I'm going to find my boyfriend to talk to me so that I can release my anger a bit!

HMPH!!!

fuck her man...=.="

Cupcake Chic
Sunday, July 19, 2009
Went to pavilion yesterday and I saw something new!

Cupcake store!

I'm actually not a big fan of it because the icing above it, obviously looks too sweet!

Plus, I've tried some which are too sweet and doesn't taste really nice.

Cupcake Chic was there!

But, I still wanted to try, despite it's excessive pricing.

rm4.50 for ONE cupcake ok!

So expensive!

Seriously, what you all put in there anyway la?

The super nice box.

Specially placed cupcakes.

Left is mine, Right is boyfriend's.

Mine is Peaches 'n Cream
(peach cake with cream chattily and almond flakes)
His is Persian Love
(pistachio cake with rosewater frosting)

His is pink! Haha!

Know why he pick such a girly cupcake ar?

His first reaction was : Looks cute ma, pink colour wan wor....

I was giving this really pathetic look la.

Honestly, I think mine tasted nicer la.

Cause hor, inside got peach wan.

And it's not so sweet.

Closed-up

But his, tastes a bit weird.

Got the smell of rose, but I do like the tastes of nuts in it la.

But mine still tastes nicer. =D

Manicure and Pedicure!
I finally tried Mani and Pedicure!!

On Friday it is.

It was quite random I thought but I finally tried it.

I honestly thought it is too pricey but what the hell right?

I think I'm only going to do it once. Not regularly. It's not worth it la.

I mean, I can live with my cuticles not cut at all la.

But I like one thing la. I've learned how to cut my nails into rounded square shapes already. I always wanna do that but ended up making it all round anyway. Now I see the easy way doing it!

But...

Lemme show you!

My toes!

They did a lot of stuff to it wan lor.

Like scrub all my dead skin away, use body scrub on it, and lotions on it.

Apparently my nails are too short, the guy who did my feet says la.

Oh ya, I totally like this color so much!

My hands.

The colour is actually dark purple.

I like dark dark colors like these, especially on short nails! =D

See, my hands and feet suddenly look so clean! No more dead skin.

Those are O.P.I nail polish.

Since I started knowing about nail colour, I already like the brand. I even have 3 bottles of it.

I know it's pricey but it's awesome. Now I like it even more.

The only thing I hate is hat I have to wait 2 hour for it to completely dry.

This is the shop we went.

No photos of the place la, where got time to take it with all da fragile nails.

Name card got la. =D

I am NORMAL!
Saturday, July 11, 2009
Recently, I just love my life damn lots lar.

Why ar?

Because hor I think I damn right normal wan lor.

People around me has been having all these very weird problems and I can't help to think that I am actually the normal one...well...around la.

I guess I've been lucky I don't really have much problem, especially in the men area.

Of all boyfriends I've had or am having, I don't have much problem with it and I always have most things my way.

Serious problems like suicidal boyfriend, stalker boyfriend, clingy boyfriend, jealous boyfriend or demanding boyfriend.

I've actually never had them! =D

Happy no?

And I have heard of all the 5 types above with people around me, no matter male or female.

It's quite scary okay.

So you may be wondering, am I a girlfriend like any of the 5 above?

Suicidal, confirm no la.

I despise ppl who talks about wanting to suicide. I've known ppl who would do anything and everything to stay alive and watch him die.

So it's damn fucking stupid to wish to die.

My first response when I hear someone wanting to suicide, I would hand him a knife or point at a 30 story building and ask him to go die. Give the world some space for those who is still around lar..

Stalker girlfriend.

Double confirm I am not.

Know why ar?

Because I'm far too busy to do something like that la.

I don't have that many time to even SMS la.

Ask my boyfriend, how many times I sms him in ONE WEEK la.

I think not even 20 times.

Maybe like 5 times a week? Or sometimes non at all.

Plus, I'm a person who hates SMSing for no apparent reason. I would rather call.

But, on the other hand. I don't call my own boyfriend more than once a week also.

I only call when I have something important to say. Isn't that the phone's usage?

Much less go drive around to know where he is. I don't even know where he is half the time.

I don't think he even knows where I go most of the time, or he knows it like a week later.

Anyway, I'll say about this more in the Demanding girlfriend.

Clingy girlfriend.

I'm born to be independent okay!

That's the thing.

I'm like the only child, my parents work all the time when I'm a kid or in my teens. Whatever trouble I get myself into, I only got myself to turn to most of the time.

When you're trained to be like that, you would be someone who prefers to be alone and hate ppl who clings to you like a chewing gum.

I mean, don't I need to have some of my privacy?

I mean, ppl only watched porn when they're alone no?

It's just an example, I never said I watched porn ok!

Anyway, conclusion is. Clingy is annoying.

I would wonder, don't you have a bloody life?!

Go get your life and don't mess with mine.

Jealous girlfriend.

I HONESTLY do not care. I would feel jealous but I would fuck care bout it.

My boyfriend can go out with some random girl and so?

My boyfriend also goes dinner with some girl alone. So?

He can talk about a girl in my face about how hot she is. And, I'll tell him, she is hot! I wouldn't mind.

Let me give you an example.

We bump into his colleague one day.

Colleague: Hey Ti Harng!

Boyfriend: Eh! Got something to ask you.

Colleague: Yea?

Boyfriend: I heard got new management trainee right? Some hot girl rite? Got someone tell me very leng lui wan wor.

Colleague: *Keeps quiet*

Boyfriend: Eh..why you keep quiet. I asking you bout the leng lui wor.

Colleague: *Still keeping quiet and points at me*

Me: *?????*

Boyfriend: She ar...nevermind wan la.

Me: What??!

I'm not clueless. But what is the point?

I mean. I check out guys too.

So, I don't think it's a death penalty for guys to check out girls. It's just natural no?

But, I do have my limits. It is MY boyfriend after all. A friendly hug is alright. Anything more physical than that. I would murder the girl and then twist my boyfriend's head into skull.

Demanding girlfriend.

Alright.

I AM DEMANDING!

But only for my own.

I mean...a girl has to have her basic needs right?

You have to be able to pay for my meals to be able to be my boyfriend at least right?

I'm not stingy but ask anyone, money IS important.

I do have some minimum requirements.

He has a stable job and serious about it.

Be able to pay for my meals and outings. E.g: Dating fees la. I can't be paying right. I would rather stay home la!! Duh.. But I'll still pay for my own stuff and won't ask some guy to be me some branded shoes or handbag wan la!

He should have a picture of how he wants his future to be. I hate aimless people who slacks.

And, I should always be his queen. Wuahahhaa!! Duh. Who doesn't want to be treated like one right?

And, be tall. I don't like short men. I'm short, so it ain't hard to be taller than me right?

Now you know why my boyfriend is tall? =D

_____________________________________

So, I'm not one of those crazy ppl up there right?

And thankfully, I have not met any of them, that directly involves my life la.

Let me give you all a lesson.

To have a normal girlfriend or boyfriend. Be a normal one first lar!!

For proof of what I've written. I think you don't need them. All you need to do is know me.

Paddington House of Pancakes should really go to hell.
Monday, June 22, 2009
It was Father's Day and it was supposed to be a nice dinner with dad no?

At home, my dad gave me 2 options.

Some famous Jap restaurant in Subang, apparently famous and has been around for many many years or suggested by mom, Paddinton House of Pancakes at MidValley...wait..the Gardens to be exact.

Me, being such an asshole, picked the Paddinton House of Pancakes.

What?

Plus, my dad says that it's more likely for this to close down before the Subang one, hence we better try it out before it close down lar.

Seriously lor, I think it'll close down sooner then it looks.

I thought it looks nice from the outside with all those colorful and juicy pancakes, it's suppose to taste nice also right?

Hence, we went.

The shop.

Dad wanted to have his Spring Chicken but it was out.

Apparently, it sold out.

It was odd because when I was there, it was dinner time, bout 7 to 8, yet, the shop looks kinda empty to me, yet, it's CHICKEN can be sold out.

Then, my mom ordered ice-water. Apparently, they do not serve water. Only minerals for rm2.

For that 30 bucks a plate of food, I don't even have ice water?

Don't bull with me wei.

Nevermind.

Hence, we had..

Dad's I duno-what-it's-called.

It wasn't tasty, at all.

Apparently it's called the Money Box.

I didn't intend to order this at all actually.

I ask him for the one with 36 pieces, because I forgot the name. And, being a non-local he is, it's EXTREMELY HARD to COMMUNICATE with the waiter.

I told him I wanted the red one with 36 pieces of pancakes.

He was like "Ok ok...I know...okok"

Fine, since he's the waiter, I suppose he should have like memorize his menu right?

But, it came out to become a yellow one, with only 25 pieces.

Crap wei. It wasn't tasty because the pancakes obviously were pre-made and is cold.

Then, my main dish came.

I finally got mad here.

This dish, I guess, they put the whole plate into the oven and baked everything and serve that DAMN plate to me.

That stupid waiter, did not tell me that the plate is BOILING HOT.

He just pluck the plate onto the table and left.

Any normal person would shift his plate to his preferred position before eating!

I grab the plate and BURN MY FINGERS.

It's freaking hot okay.

It came out of I don't-know-how-many-hundred-degrees-celcius's oven okay.

My poor fingers were all red!

My dad was of course extremely pissed off and ordered the waiter to come and complain.

He came, with his manager and he has the guts to tell me that he already told me the plate is hot.

How could all 3 of us did not hear that?

That was such a dissatisfied father's day meal okay.

I should have pick the japanese restaurant at Subang.

What's worse was, I went to it's official website to make a complain.

The website con people wan!!

The Contact Us Icon is not valid wan, cannot click for its email or whatsoever wan.
Honestly.

The service there is so bad that I would never go to that restaurant again, not even it's branches because I know it's so kian siap to hire all the non-locals who can't even speak properly and neither understands me.

I believe my English is not so bad that people do not understand me lor.

We should all ban restaurants who hire all these non-malay, non-english speaking people lar!

From now on, never asked me to go to this shop, not even if it's free.

P/S: All the pics above are taken from Google.

Internship!
Wednesday, June 17, 2009

Intern has start and I know I haven't tell most people about how it is and all, well but I think most of you all who go yum cha with me would know already la...

But, still!!

I wanna sai meng a bit lor!!

I'm damn lucky to be here la actually, same goes for Eines, well, cause she works together with me, same place.

As most of you all know, I work in MobileAds. A transit media owner company.

It's a small company, plus the Banglas who work with us, we have like slightly more than 10.

The banglas are really good people okay!!

Well, when we get to know them la.

One of the reason why we like this job is because we had a lot of free meals. Both our bosses are food lovers and they go around everywhere to eat. Most of the time, we'll be with them, going around in the car, so we get to eat too, and it's free!

Bringing 2 girls with them, they had to like pay for us right?

Luckily they are those good people who pities us for having such low pay hence, my boss even plab to subsidise some for us to cover transport money, but, we haven't had our pay yet la, so I hope it'll be like effective lor.

For these 4 weeks, we never paid for our lunch more than 10 times. I'm sure we've eaten ourself less than 10 times.

Almost sounds like a dream come true?

Which means, my bosses has treated us to more than 10 meals wei!!

Awesome right?!

This is the major priority of working in a small company!

The famous Yut Kee coffee shop who sells both Hainan and western food. They have delicious chicken chop wei!!

No pics of the chicken chop though, cause I've polished them off already!!

We also had the chance to go Malacca together!

The GPS system who brought us there. It's quite dependable wan lor.

Although it's purely business purpose, we had quite a lot of fun too!

I felt like it's more like a one day trip than doing business.

Anyway, we had lunch firstly at this old chinese restaurant who has like damn lots of liquor on display.

The restaurant is famous for it's Yam dessert.

The only dish I took photo because it's something I have not eaten before! Honestly, it tasted AWESOME!

This is how the real thing looks like.

The middle one is Yam paste, and it's serve with pumpkin and ginkgo.

Now I know that pumpkin and Yam paste matches like hell!

Next, to work at Melaka Sentral.

The Melaka Sentral is where most of the Malacca busses gather and so that's where we are almost the whole day. =D

Eines, getting ready her camera and take photographs of buses in all 4 directions.

Snap, snap and snap away, we had over 50 photos all together wei.

Let you have a look at our bosses, from far.

But from near...

We were waiting for one particular bus who disappear, hence the fooling around.

Yep, those are my bosses.

Honestly, the more I know them, the more joker they are.

They will do all these weird stuff around us and it's damn crazy sometimes.

Eines. Blocking my way when I tried to take the back panel of the bus.

Yep. The One FM bus ads in Malacca is ours.

I also must pose a bit.

Look, both with white tee shirt!

My boss, Jeff, inspecting buses.

Then, Eines go inspect also.

Me and Eines, looking around in the bus.

And taking photos around the busses.

Both inside and out.

They were busy too. Looking for potential advertising area and measuring spaces.

Yea, they bring measuring tape everywhere they go.

They even try sitting on seats to see it from a passenger view.

Never seen bosses who do everything themselves right?

More of Eines.

Guess who this uncle is?!

Yep!! The bus driver!

He damn happy to pose for us lor! =D

The Chee Cheong Fun Huat recommended.

Then, we brought our boss there, since they wanna eat.

Anyway, back to our work place.

Bet you people are all curious, how our office looks like.

Although it's not important cause we're always not in office anyway.

More than 50% of our time is spent outside, in the car or in someone's else office or looking at taxis and buses at some random roads and bus stands.

Let's go!

Eines. Looks damn ons right?

Got chops, files, stationaries, laptop and files and cabinets.

Really some OL place no?

See mine?

Got lotsa files, got PC and lotsa stuff!!

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

Guess who's place is this then.

A neater version of it.

HAHAHAHHAHA!!

This one baru is our place leh.

We shared a table, since it's damn huge and all but we still manage to mess it up wan.

Yep, we have no computer wan lor...but got a public one behind which no one use.

So we use that one.

The seats that we previously sat on is one our manager and the admin's place.

See those blue chairs?

Those are the chairs that we sit on, and roll around everywhere in the office. Really!

All of us are so lazy, including our boss and most of us roll around in our chairs when we travel from one point to the other.

As for our bosses.

Chong's place. He's our direct supervisor, but also the boss.

This is his room.

And Jeff in his room. His one is bigger and cooler but with lotsa junks in it.

Since he inside and all, paiseh la wanna go in and take photo, so take from outside his room.

I tell you, Jeff is damn cool wan lor.

He drives this huge car. There's only one of this traveling around. He stick it all over like this to prevent people from stealing it. Smart?

Quite cool la, because it's so easy to spot it!

And he can drive it around damn yeng wan!

Dahla it attarct everyone's attention when it goes around.

He parks his car like this EVERY SINGLE TIME wan.

If i'm the owner of the Toyota, I die d lor.

Dahla that one is truck with undestructable bumper, some more have to go so near.

Plus, he's damn good at it wan, damn small side parking, he can still do it wan.

Those smal u-turns, he'll just ram the car onto the side walk and go through everything.

And, we're always in that car, that's the coolest part.

Like effortless okay!

Anyway, Eines in the humongous car.

Anyway, we've been to lotsa places to.

Once of the frequent agency is Zenith, cause got project la.

Zenith's meeting room.

I like.

Know why?

They serve not-bad coffee and tea! Everytime!

Jeff in Zenith.

Showing us that he don't wear socks wan.

=.=

Yes, I know, that's my boss lor.

Having some crazy don't know what conversation with Chong

This is the slightly stricter Chong, but is willing to teach us anything.

One of the most hardworking people I've known.

And also the weirdest.

He called us into his room, and make us listen to those jokes that people forward around in emails, and then demand us not to laugh.

How crazy and weird right?

Look at this, our taxi project for Yellow Pages.

Some other things we do during work.

We go look for property.

Our bosses are doing property, something like a sideline, hence they always go around looking at weird and horrifying houses.

This is one of the good-looking ones near Kampung Baru which we go more than once every week.

Got make-up session at work too!

That's Pey Ling, our boss's wife, doing experiment on Eines.

Behind is Bey, can't see her face lar, our admin.

Some other stuff is becoming baby sitters for one week.

Jeff has a pair of un-identical twin daughters and they are damn noisy wan lor.

Since last week is school holidays, they wanted to go sit LRT, hence, we take a trip to Petaling Street, in LRT.

They look damn happy wan lor, just by getting on the train.

We visited an old budget hotel.

Got lotsa antique there lar! See this huge chair?

With her younger daughter, Chloe.

Eines and me, at those small stairs.

Then, last week, it was Bey's birthday, who is our admin/account person.

Hence, we went for lunch at Tai Thong for Dim Sum.

During lunch, with Jeff's daughters, Eines being a babysitter!

Finally, this is us, outside office.

Looks like matching shirts right?

Coincidence only la!

That's all temporarily, I bet there's more coming on. =D

Have fun at intern everyone!!
